Traffic Coordinator

Day to day responsibilities will include

Open all projects on a timely basis utilizing Project Management Software (Workfront), and supporting applications (Media Valet, Proof HQ, Office 365, etc.) in project management work. Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Operations and Creative teams to build timelines for all projects.

Monitor all project metrics and troubleshoot projects in jeopardy of completion.

Provide leadership to Designers, Copywriters and other Team Members by serving as the primary resource for all owned projects.

Develop & implement standardized project management processes within Marketing and cross-channel partners.

Monitor proofing and edits of projects and facilitate communication during the review process.

Cultivate relationships across the team, with key cross-functional stakeholders, and with senior leadership.

Prioritize and De-prioritize projects as the business needs dictate.

Update stakeholders through effective communication as new information becomes available.

Utilize good communication skills (verbally, non-verbally and written) with internal and external partners.

Coordinate and facilitate weekly project meetings as part of the marketing process and provide timely clear communication of critical events.

Consistently seek opportunities to better workflow through more efficient practices.

 

Requirements :

1-3 years previous Traffic / Project management experience (Marketing experience is a plus)

Strong Organizational and Communication Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of completion.

Experience prioritizing and evaluating project needs.
