Job Description: As a Full-Time Title Examiner, you'll be an integral part of our team, by searching real estate records, examining titles, and summarizing pertinent legal documents to prepare a title commitment to provide to our clients.
Key Responsibilities - Review assigned files and conduct thorough title examinations.
- Research public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, and other documents to identify defects, encumbrances, or other issues that may affect property ownership or transferability.
- Compile and summarize findings in a clear, accurate title report for internal and client use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Support other departments as needed to contribute to overall operational success.
Qualifications: - Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities
- High-level critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the title industry is preferred, but not required for all positions
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
Working Hours: This is a full-time, in-office position from 9 AM to 6 PM.
