Role Summary

As a Test Technician , you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of test well work. This includes everything from designing and constructing test setups to operating overhead cranes and forklifts. You’ll be conducting tests for a diverse product portfolio that serves various markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, construct, maintain, and troubleshoot test well setups
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement corrective actions
• Maintain test files, including calibration and component inventory
• Utilize high precision measurement systems for testing
• Support customers to meet their objectives and ensure on-time delivery
• Work within scope, schedule, and budget for all projects
• Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Set up and test pump performance based on operational methods
• Collaborate with engineers on test plans and process improvements
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about test performance
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Training or experience in general mechanics
• Basic electrical and mechanical understanding
• Familiarity with rotating equipment
• Proficiency with hand, power, and air tools
• Experience with measurement tools like micrometers
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings and equipment manuals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Must adhere to safety requirements and maintain a clean work environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Understanding of wiring diagrams
• Experience with testing equipment
• Forklift and overhead crane experience
• 70E background

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.66 - $32.55 USD Hourly .
