• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Manage and drive sales through channel partners and Individual service providers.
• Create demand from Klüber Lubrication products by showcasing the value these products and the service they can offer to the customers.
• Understand and interpret technical requirements of the customers and thereby recommend the right lubricant solution to the customer.
• Do benchmarking of products and solutions against competition and study market trends.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining aware of industry trends, product results, market activities etc.

Qualifications arrow_right

• Graduate in Engineering in Mechanical / Automotive with 3+ years of relevant sales experience
• Good hold over English, Marathi, and Hindi
• Full time MBA preferred.
• Experience in handling sales through Channel partners.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally extensively.
