POSITION: TEMPORARY - Piano Lab Teacher - .25 FTE for the 24-25 SY Only

SCHEDULE: 2024 - 2025 School Year
SALARY: Based on the 2024 - 2025 Teacher Salary Schedule

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)
* Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with required endorsements
* Previous successful experience as a piano instructor
* Thorough knowledge of piano pedagogy
* Knowledge and understanding of the developing instrumentalist
* Ability to accommodate and adapt to individual instuctional needs with a class
* Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with administration staff, students, and community
* Willingness to work an extended day contact, if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: (Qualifications which are not required but would be useful to the position)
* Bilingual/Biliterate in English and Spanish
* Previous classroom experience
