What You'll Be Doing
* Processing: Assure payments to employees are paid, calculated and processed accurately and perform proper audits and reporting timely and accurately within the established guidelines
* Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer services to resolve issues swiftly and accurately to meet corporate and field associate needs
* Compliance: Maintain knowledge of pay policies, PTO, and other benefits provided to employees to ensure compliance
* Partnership: Collaborate with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and greater Caleres HR team members

Qualifications
* Some payroll experience preferred but not required
* Experience utilizing an HCM - Ceridian Dayforce is a plus
