\nKelly is seeking a Tax Consultant to work with our client, a new start-up venture that has partnered with a successful organization in the business development/personal growth space, on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax-free strategies, particularly in the context of investments and entrepreneurial ventures.

\nThe Tax Consultant will:\n

    \n\t
  • Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations\n\t
  • Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns\n\t
  • Research and analyze complex tax issues, and provide clear and concise written and verbal advice to clients\n\t
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial benefits for clients\n\t
  • Stay current with tax law changes and communicate their impact to clients\n\t
  • Assist with tax audits and provide support during regulatory examinations\n\t
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor\n\t
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients\n\t
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on tax-related matters\n
\nQualifications:\n\n
    \n\t
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\n\t
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or licensed Tax Attorney\n\t
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tax consulting or public accounting\n\t
  • Understanding of tax-free strategies, particularly in the context of investments and entrepreneurial ventures, preferred\n\t
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations\n\t
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n\t
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines\n\t
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\t
  • Proficiency with tax software and Google Suite\n\t
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards\n
