Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and employee pipeline for a wide range of positions
• Draft jobs descriptions, post jobs, pre-screen candidates via phone and invite for virtual/in office interviews.
• Ensure constant flow of candidates.
• Assist Human Resources Generalist with ad hoc tasks such as background checks, offer letters, etc.

Experience Preferred:

• Organized and detail oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
