Salary:

TakoSushi is seeking experienced talented Sushi Chefs to join our team in Greenville, SC!

Position Responsibilities:

• Cutting, slicing and filleting different types of fish and vegetables
• Inspecting the quality of product used to prepare sushi dishes 
• Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines 
• Maintaining a clean work environment 
  
• Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use
• Greeting and having guest interaction
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior sushi experience is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Applicants must demonstrate dependability, have open availability, and show a strong drive to succeed.
  
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
  
• Should excel in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Open availability 
  
• Knowledge of Food and Health codes is considered an advantage.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time is necessary.
