Responsibilities:
Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes to the highest standard
Ensure consistency, quality, and visual appeal in every dish
Manage sushi station setup, inventory, and ingredient prep
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and refine menu offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a fast-paced environment
Strong knife skills and knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and presentation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
Passion for Japanese culinary arts and continuous learning
