To be eligible to operate on the Via Platform in Chula Vista, you must:
\n\n\n\n
Have a valid driver’s license
\n\tAre 25 years of age or older
\n\tComplete a drug screening
\n\tHave more than 5 years of unrestricted, US driving history
\n\tHave at least 5 five years of experience as a parent or professional caregiver
\n\tPass a fingerprint-based criminal background check and motor vehicle record check (SSN needed)
\n\tPass a medical exam
\n\tHave a vehicle 2013 or newer
\n\tHave personal auto insurance policy
\n\tPass a vehicle inspection
\n\t\n\n
Any additional requirements for participating in this service will be communicated to prospective Driver Partners as necessary.

*Registration Promotion Terms & Conditions: To be eligible, you must be activated with the Via platform and have completed the required safety training before activation. Payment will be made within 14 days of activation. This promotion may be revoked or altered at any time at Via's sole discretion, and these Terms are subject to change at Via's sole discretion.

**New driver partner promotion: To be eligible, you must complete at least 10 sessions of driving on the Via platform within 30 days of completing your driver onboarding session. Time offline, including breaks, will not be included in this 10-hour minimum. This promotion may be revoked or altered at any time at Via's sole discretion, and these terms are subject to change at Via's sole discretion.
