Job Summary SMCSD is Hiring Classfied Educators for 2025-26 pool. This posting is for candidates who would like to be considered for any and all Student Success Coach positions at SMCSD. The Student Success Coach (SSC) for Special Education, Regular Ed. and English learners provides instructional, therapeutic, and behavioral support to students. The SSC works to provide a positive learning environment for students through behavior management, behavior modification, coaching ,training, and skill building of students and school staff. The Student Success Coach (SSC) assigned for Special Education works in collaboration with the teachers to assist in the education of students with Individual Education Plans (I.E.P.)
