Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft construction drawings for industrial buildings, foundations, and equipment support structures.
• Prepare building permit packages, including title sheets, code studies, and egress plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members.
• May involve some mechanical or electrical drafting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 5+ years for a designer role.
• Associate’s Degree in Drafting Technology or equivalent experience with CAD proficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of Industrial Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with construction drawings for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
• Experience in industries like wood products, chemical, or metals manufacturing is advantageous.
• Previous construction industry experience is a plus.

Schedule and Benefits:

• Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with flexible schedule options, including half day Fridays. Initial expectation is to be in-office, with available telecommuting or hybrid option after adequate onboarding.
