Tendit Striping, Coating, Pressure Washing and Snow Plowing is hiring employees to serve as striping crew members in Salt Lake City, Utah, and surrounding areas. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be qualified to work in the United States.

Employees will take part in an exciting start-up work culture which prides itself on leadership, responsibility, and personal growth. This role is for experienced -level responsibilities and has high potential for rapid promotion in a start-up environment.

What You Will Do:

• Drive vehicles to and from the job site daily
• Prepare, load, and unload equipment for each individual job daily.
• Operate power cleaning, line striping, grinding, painting, and snow equipment during winter.
• Perform layouts for striping projects.
• Install signage, wheel stops, and other specialty services.

Requirements:

What You Will Need:

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must be able to lift equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds individually.
• Must be willing to work night hours.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Including but not limited to extreme heat, cold, rain, snowy conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds individually.

• A full-time role with an hourly starting rate of $24-$30, depending on experience.
