Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Staffing Assistant to support the recruitment process and onboard top talent. Ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or teller roles—no HR or recruiting experience needed!

Starting Salary: Base + Commission with excellent benefits!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the recruitment process by supporting job postings and coordinating interviews.
• Manage candidate paperwork and assist with onboarding.
• Help maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure positions are filled quickly and efficiently.
• Provide a positive experience for both clients and candidates through exceptional customer service.

Skills Needed:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in typing and using computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
