Job Description

We’re hiring a senior-level product designer to join a high-velocity team working on an ambitious, AI-powered enterprise platform. This is not a polish-and-perfection kind of role—it’s about speed, clarity, and decisive, high-leverage design. This role is 5x days a week in the San Francisco office.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Move quickly and embrace ambiguity
• Can design without perfect specs or pristine component libraries
• Like shaping early-stage products through iterative experiments
• Communicate clearly and make decisions with conviction

What you’ll be doing:

• Own design for major product surfaces, with autonomy and trust
• Translate half-formed ideas into working concepts and functional UIs
• Collaborate tightly with engineers to ship directly in product
• Operate as a strategic partner, not a service function

Our current state:

• Figma is our tool, but our design system is minimal
• Chakra UI v2 is our front-end framework
• Production code is the source of truth—not Storybook or a polished library
• We work fast, sometimes starting with screenshots of live product to iterate in code

Who you are:

• 8+ years of Product Design experience
• A fast-moving, full-stack designer who makes decisions without hand-holding
• Assertive, pragmatic, and comfortable challenging assumptions
• Driven by product outcomes, not polish
• Excited to design novel patterns for AI-powered workflows
• You’ve probably designed for enterprise or internal tools before—or are eager to learn

Not a fit if you:

• Prefer working from pristine Figma files
• Want a mature component system out of the gate
• Need consensus before moving forward
• Are looking for a slower-paced or hybrid/remote-flex setup
