GeoSoils Inc. is a California-based geotechnical and environmental consulting firm helping communities build safely and sustainably. From hillside homes to large infrastructure, we bring practical solutions to complex soil and geologic challenges.

We’re looking for a Project Engineering Geologist to join our Lake Elsinore office. This is a chance to work hands-on in the field, collaborate with experienced geologists and engineers, and take ownership of exciting projects that directly shape our region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead field investigations and hazard evaluations.
• Create geologic maps, cross sections, and technical figures.
• Assess landslides, fault rupture, and other site hazards.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and deliverables.
• Work directly with clients, contractors, and agencies.
• Mentor junior staff and help guide project teams.

What We’re Looking For

• CA Professional Geologist (PG) license required; CEG a plus.
• 6+ years in engineering geology.
• Strong technical and mapping skills.
• Confident communicator and collaborator.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
