Meadow Park Care in St. Helens, OR is now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)! Come join our amazing team!

Shifts Available: 12 hour AM and NOC

What you will do:

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
• Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans
• Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's
• Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON

Must have:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently
