Job Description

As a Sr Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in 1 of 3 locations: 1) Bethany Crisis Shelter - working with youth ages birth - 17 years of age, 2) Renaissance Transitional Living - working with youth ages 16 - 21 in a supported, semi-independent living setting, and 3) Another Door Emergency Shelter - working with youth ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness. Part-time positions available. Every other weekend, evenings and some overnights are required. FT may be available to a candidate who is willing/able to work all overnight shifts.

No experience is required. We provide training, supervision and support to help you learn and grow.

  • Must be at least 19 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle records check.

Position is eligible for a $1000 new hire bonus. $500 to be paid after 3 months and at least 200 hours worked and remaining $500 to be paid after 6 months and at least 400 hours worked. In order to be eligible and receive the new hire bonus, the new hire must fulfill the scheduled shifts hired for, have completed all required training, and meet performance expectations as determined by the supervisor and next level management.
