About the Role The Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain Management is pivotal in collaborating across the organization to enhance and oversee the global Supply Chain function. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced SCM leader to leverage their skills in crafting a top-tier SCM function, aiming to further improve and leave a lasting impact. Responsibilities include managing a global team, leading SCM initiatives, structuring strategies across the company, and making significant improvements with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do: - Proficient in navigating the complexities of the Global Supply Chain, including adapting to part shortages, transportation issues, and geopolitical disruptions.
- A proactive builder of processes and systems, always seeking continuous improvement.
- Adaptable to the fast-paced, changing priorities of Electronics Manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable in SCM best practices and eager to implement innovative strategies.
- Capable of strategic planning while actively engaging in tactical execution.
- Oversee Supply Chain Planning and performance in strategic sourcing, demand planning, S&OP, logistics, inventory control, risk management, and distribution.
- Lead and manage supply planning in a high mix, low volume environment, ensuring over 95% customer OTD delivery through an advanced SIOP process.
- Excel in data analytics and ERP system expertise, driving change and compliance across global operations.
What You Need: - Bachelors in a quantitative field
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management across multiple global sites.
- Skilled in data analysis, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Experienced in implementing significant changes within global supply chains and optimizing SCM processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Experienced in leading demand teams, improving forecast accuracy, and optimizing inventory.
Preferred Characteristics: Master's in supply chain management.
Our good faith estimates of the salary range for this role in
New York is: $203,390 to $251,480.
Brownsville, TX is: $174,110 to $221,300
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a highly competitive benefits package.
This position is based in Hauppauge, NY, or Brownsville, TX, with relocation available and expected 50% travel, including international.
