Senior Design Engineer

31% Bonus Potential (has been paid out every year for the last 20+ years)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Report to the Engineering and Quality Manager.
Develop and design new products utilizing the companys innovative engineering techniques.
Ensure products match the specifications needed.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Lead project teams and be an active member of those team.
Launch products and ensure quality and costs are met.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must have 3+ years Design Experience.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Project Management Experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analysis skills, team player and detail oriented.
