A well-regarded health system in the Pacific Northwest is eager to recruit an experienced spine-focused neurosurgeon to their cohesive team! This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team in a supportive practice environment! The new hire will work to develop an elective practice at the non-designated trauma center and will share call with the neurosurgery team at a 554 level I trauma center. The neurosurgery team works at both campuses which are three miles apart. The system includes more than 70 primary, specialty and urgent care clinics with nearly 3,000 providers. Practice Highlights: System runs a primary/backup call schedule, amounting to a 1:4 schedule Four APPs on staff with a fifth coming on board soon 70/30 mix of spine and cranial cases Terrific relationship with community-based referring physicians Stealth and O-Arm on site with plans to add Globus robot 125 cases anticipated in year one with more than 250 expected once established Attractive base plus RVU compensation structure Home to many unique neighborhoods, locally owned businesses, restaurants, public green spaces and cultural attractions, this city is known for having the amenities of a major city with the charm of a small town.
