BlueWater Federal is looking for a Space Planner/ Archibus Specialist to join our Workspace Management team.
BlueWater Federal works with transitioning sites adopt the processes, gather, and ingest data, prepare and by applying standards, providing quality assurance, preparing, and publishing floor plans, and providing hands-on training and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Preparation of AutoCAD Space planning drawings and revisions
On-base surveying and review of architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications for technical accuracy
Polylining and floor plan publishing and linking in Archibus Smart Client
Training and hands-on support of CAD personnel at sites
Interface with data analysts to evaluate data accuracy related to workspaces on floor plans and propose corrections to sites
Interfacing with sites to provide consultation services, guidance, and support on AutoCAD, Revit, and Archibus Smart Client use.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Must have 2 years’ experience with space Allocation /space Planning; AutoCAD
Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Experience with MS Office products, SharePoint, especially MS Excel and Access
Experience with Archibus data management is a plus
Revit 3D Architectural Renderings is a plus
Archibus Smart Client is a plus
