NOW HIRING SPA SALES LEADER!
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mooresville, NC is seeking a full-time spa leader for our established and growing spa. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales leadership, spa operations, and customer service.
Spa Leader Performance will be based on the following metrics:
Membership Growth/Conversion – experience in membership-based sales model is a plus!
Gross Monetary Sales – driving sales and creating strategies to increase profitability.
Recruiting and Retention – building and maintaining a strong culture!
What you need to succeed in this role:
· 3 to 4 years successful leadership experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
· Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
· Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
· Strong, and clear communication skills – skilled in inspiring and coaching a diverse team!
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to coach and build winning teams
What’s in it for you?
· Generous and Competitive base salary of $50K plus an additional $10 – $15K, incentives based on performance metrics, commissions are uncapped.
