Responsibilities
What You'll Do
•The massage therapist will perform all services that meet the established guidelines for that type of service offering that fulfill guest expectations; based on current certifications.
•Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered and can speak knowledgeably about hotel amenities and the local area; answering guest questions that arise.
•Understand the ingredients in products and can explain their benefits to guest. Answers guest's questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
•State licensure to practice as a licensed massage therapist.
•2+ years of industry experience preferred.
•Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
•Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
•Communication skills are required specifically speaking and listening. Additionally, significant standing is required for extended periods of time (up to 7-8 hours), while providing massage therapy to guests.
•Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
