Multi Unit Owner - West Kendall and Doral, FL Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Sales and Operations Manager for our established spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations and customer service. Previous management experience, ideally hiring and managing multiple roles - sales and service - in a membership-based model is critical to this management position.
Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics: - Membership Conversion - You know how to promote a membership-based model, measure key metrics, and drive profitability. We would love to hear your strategies and previous experience!
- Leadership - building a consistent, and cohesive culture based on driving KPIs, accountability, and consistent, flawless guest service.
- Business Acumen - run your own business without the risk! The ability to analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results is key.
What you need to succeed in this role: - Experience in a membership model environment.
- Ability to multitask and delegate.
- Have a growth mindset with your team
- Drive sales numbers
- Provide excellent customer service
- 3 to 4 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Flexible schedule - this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
- Strong, and clear communication skills
