Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Consultant at San Diego County Solar. The Solar Consultant must represent San Diego County Solar with competence and integrity at all times.

This position is for a knowledgeable solar professional, not for doorknockers or lead generators. We're looking for a Solar Consultant who can guide each homeowner to a solar solution that is suited to their specific needs, and designed for their unique home.
The Solar Consultant will be responsible for system design and sales, communicating with customers at project milestones, generating new business, and staying up-to-date on the solar industry. Training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided. At San Diego County Solar we collaborate with our customers on systems designed for their present and future goals. The ideal applicant will be able to speak intelligently not only about solar and energy storage technology, but also about electrification, efficiency, EVs, VPPs, etc.
