AGRILAND FS is looking for a team-focused, self-starting Software Support Specialist to provide software support to internal users while actively supporting projects involving the IT Team.

Core responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot business software applications
• Utilizes Helpdesk software to track incoming support calls and provide support to end users
• Communicates with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems
• Installs and tests software upgrades
• Provides initial and on-going training to users (and team members) on software programs, such as Agvance, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP)
• Establishes and maintains network users, user environment, directories, and security on platforms such as SAR's, HAS, Microsoft Outlook eSupply, eResource and SharePoint
• Confirms appropriate billing from vendors for licensing

What we need from you:

• Associate degree in Information Technology or information systems and/or 2-4 years of work-related experience
• Experience in supporting IOS devises in a business environment
• Strong communication skills with excellent internal customer service experience
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work outside of normal hours when necessary
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with the ability to travel independently and overnight if necessary
