About The Team

Our software organization is growing, and we are looking for talented engineers to join our autonomy team. As an autonomy engineer, you will work on challenging problems alongside a world-class team with a shared passion for advancing robotics to improve the human experience.

About The Role

The Autonomy sub teams with New Grad openings are:

  • Perception ML Data team : Bridges machine learning innovation and autonomy infrastructure to ensure our models learn from the most relevant, diverse, and high-quality data. Your work will impact how autonomous systems understand rare scenarios, adapt to global geographies, and scale safely. Responsibilities include:
  • Leverage VLMs to curate geographically diverse datasets matching real-world driving distributions
  • Develop high-fidelity synthetic data frameworks across sensor modalities
  • Optimize ML-powered validation of data quality and model readiness
  • Autonomy Evaluation team : Works closely with ML teams to develop evaluation systems that assess safety, compliance, and service quality of NuroDriver. Responsibilities include:
  • Develop targeted evaluation algorithms using classical robotics, ML techniques, or statistical methods
  • Create data pipelines for large-scale data simulation and robust metric computation

About You

  • Recently graduated or soon-to-be-graduating BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Statistics, Physics, Math, or related quantitative field
  • Experience in C++ or Python through internships or academic projects
  • Passion for developing impactful, applied solutions rather than purely theoretical ML research

Compensation & Diversity

Your base pay ranges from $125,400 to $188,100, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and skills. The role is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
