\nJob Duties
\nThis position supports the facility’s mission by serving as agency liaison between reimbursement staff and SEVTC staff while advocating on behalf of the individual in regard to benefits and rights, and counseling individuals or family members as needed.
This position is considered essential personnel and would be required to work in the event of an emergency or facility need. All SEVTC positions are required to work different shifts and/or overtime as requested. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective working relationships, produce reports, complete Medicaid Renewal packets and work effectively with peers, supervisors, individuals, family members, and community partners. • Complete Medicaid Renewal packetsMinimum Qualifications
\nBachelor’s degree in social work, two years’ experience as a paid Social Worker, especially experience working with individuals who have an Intellectual Disability.
\nAdditional Considerations
\nIntermediate skill level in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Google G Suite. Demonstrated skill and proficiency with data entry and database management.
