As our Marketing & Business Development Associate, you’ll play a vital role in developing and executing our social media and business development strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to create compelling content, plan community events, and support various marketing channels. $55,000 yearly

• Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute a social media plan to grow Rosenblum Law’s online presence.
• Content Creation : Shoot and produce engaging videos and collaborate with freelancers for editing. Maintain a detailed social media calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Community Engagement : Perform outreach and plan and assist with events to build community relationships.
• Content Writing : Assist with creating and editing content for the Rosenblum Law website.
• Email Marketing : Draft, edit, and schedule emails as part of marketing campaigns.
• Support Marketing Channels : Contribute to paid search campaigns, public relations efforts, and other marketing initiatives.

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and analytics tools.
• Strong video production and editing skills; familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
• Experience with community development, event planning, or PR is a bonus.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and paid advertising is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus to better engage with our diverse audience.
