The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies that amplify our clients' brands, foster engagement, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Creation : Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
• Platform Management : Manage and monitor clients' social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Community Engagement : Foster authentic connections with followers by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with relevant communities.
• Performance Analytics : Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
• Trend Spotting : Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative.
• Collaboration : Work closely with creative and account management teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific nuances, trends, and algorithms.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer).
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
