About the Role: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Honest Abe Roofing Franchise. As a key player in our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and engage with our audience in innovative ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform and audience, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews, in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan and execute multi-location social media campaigns to promote local events, specials, and services.
- Use Cloud Campaign tools to create and manage automated social media campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement Google Ads and other online advertising strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Consistency & Creative Content:
- Ensure that all social media content aligns with the Honest Abe Roofing brand voice and messaging.
- Develop creative content ideas and strategies to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
- Monitor comments and respond.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with franchise owners and marketing teams to understand local market needs and tailor content and campaigns accordingly.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality content production.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement new social media strategies and tools to keep Honest Abe Roofing at the forefront of digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a multi-location business or franchise.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Experience with social media tools.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Personal Attributes:
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
