WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
This is a hybrid remote position - you'll get to work from home the majority of the time! You can expect to earn the competitive rate of $40,000 - $45,000 per year and work a steady Monday - Friday from 8 to 5.
All that you need is:
Proven experience in managing and strategizing social media platforms
Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Demonstrated ability to conduct audience and buyer persona research
A track record of excellent follow-through on tasks and strategies
Competence in using AI tools to scale social media presence and optimize content or the willingness to quickly learn
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Optimism and a high degree of drive, motivation, and initiative
Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Reliability and honesty
Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
