Responsibilities Conduct research on popular and emerging trends Discover audience preferences Create written, video, and image content for a variety of social media platforms designed to create buzz and pique interest Manager weekly newsletter for consumers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all social media platforms and updates Respond to customer comments, reviews, questions, and concerns submitted via social media in a timely manner Qualifications Previous experience as a Social Media Coordinator is preferred but not required Familiarity with all major social media platforms Understanding of social media analytics Understanding of search engine optimization strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics preferred but not required Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create high volumes of engaging content Understanding of best practices in online marketing and social media marketing Flexible work from home options available.
