The Skilled Trades Recruiter owns both the recruiting and recruiting strategy for key production positions in our manufacturing facilities in the Americas. Builds meaningful relationships with Operations leaders and site Human Resources. Demonstrates a strong customer-centric mindset with goal to become a highly valued and trusted talent acquisition partner. Completes new role intakes with company stakeholders. Maintains an in depth understanding and appreciation for skilled labor roles, Reviews applicants and conducts in depth screenings and assessment of skills. Sources passive candidates using online resources like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and industry specific groups. Develops and deploys Printing Press Operator recruiting strategy and development of talent pools. Regular visits/presence in our manufacturing facilities. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. At least 3 years experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Great communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership. Ability to identify company needs and translate into skills possessed by candidates. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Experience sourcing and hiring skilled labor roles is required. Experience sourcing printing press operators is a plus. Experience with Jobvite and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
