We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in either electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, masonry or metal fabrication. This ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks according to industry standards and client specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and configuration of systems and components.
• Adhere to safety protocols, codes, and regulations to prevent accidents, ensure worksite compliance, and protect personnel and property.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to discuss project requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal apprenticeship program or vocational training preferred.
• Valid license or certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the skilled trades industry, with a demonstrated proficiency in relevant tasks and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trade-related systems, components, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing time and priorities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
