Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Commercial Flooring Installers to join our team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial flooring installation, including the ability to work with various materials such as carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile. This position will involve working on a variety of projects, including offices, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and more.
Requirements Responsibilities:
- Install commercial flooring materials according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare subfloors and ensure they are clean, level, and properly prepped for installation.
- Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit the designated space.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial flooring installation.
- Proficiency in installing various types of flooring materials, including carpet, LVP/T, and Sheet vinyl.
- Proficient in applying different types of adhesives.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
