One of our direct clients is urgently looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer at Sunnyvale, CA. TITLE: Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer LOCATION: San Bruno, CA DURATION: 6 to 12+ months Description: Docker, Kubernetes, and environment creation using scripts or Java/Ruby are the key requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in cloud technologies. Develop software solutions to enable reliability and operability of large scale distributed systems. Build a deep understanding of how systems behave, scale, interact, and fail, and use that insight to identify risks and opportunities for remediation. Implement monitoring and reporting of our production environments. Build tools and automation to eliminate toil and reduce operational overhead. Create frameworks, processes, and best practices to be used across Engineering. Build meaningful, insightful, and actionable SLIs. Additional Qualifications: Infrastructure as code a plus (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Docker, etc.). Should be an Azure Certified resource or hold any certification on Linux OS. Should have in-depth knowledge of Azure architecture. Should have hands-on experience with various CI/CD toolsets (GitHub, Jenkins, Puppet, Docker). Should have extensive knowledge of CI/CD pipeline creation and containerization. Experience deploying Kubernetes ecosystem into Azure Container Service.
