Description:

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate full-time Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) to fill a vacant position through the end of the school year. This position offers guaranteed full-time hours until the end of the year, with potential placement opportunities within the school district based on performance.

The SLI will be responsible for facilitating communication between hearing and deaf or hard of hearing individuals in classrooms and meetings using American Sign Language (ASL) or other manual sign systems. Additionally, they will serve as a liaison between deaf or hard of hearing students, hearing students, and instructors, while performing related duties as required.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• EIPA scores of 3.5 or higher required
• Experience working with pediatrics preferred
• No additional certifications needed
