Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Shuttle Driver/Houseman at Cambria Hotel Greenville, you will be responsible for providing transportation services and assisting with some general duties to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. This is a full-time hourly position in the hospitality industry, located in Greenville, South Carolina. This is an individual contributor role, where you will be expected to work independently while maintaining the high standards of our hotel. Shift times are 6a-2p, 2p-10p and 10p-6a.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14 to $15, paid biweekly. In addition, you will have access to the following benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for hotel guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other designated locations.
- Greet and assist guests with luggage and other belongings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle at all times.
- Inspect vehicle for any damages and report any necessary repairs to the maintenance team.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any other requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform some general housekeeping duties.
- Handle guest requests for additional amenities or services promptly and efficiently.
- Follow all safety and security protocols while driving and performing any other assigned tasks.
- Report any guest issues, complaints, or disturbances to the supervisor or front desk team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar position or customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of the Greenville area and attractions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport heavy luggage and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
