We are seeking a talented and motivated Short Form Videographer/Video Editor to join our team and help bring our visions to life.

Position Overview:

As a Short Form Videographer/Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content from concept to completion. You will work closely with our creative team to produce videos that are visually appealing, engaging, and on-brand. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and proficiency in video production and editing. The position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ideas and storyboards for video projects.
• Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording devices to capture high-quality footage.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products using video editing software.
• Apply creative techniques, such as motion graphics, color grading, and special effects, to enhance video content.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in video production and editing, and social media video trends.
• Follow and implement social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique video projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions as needed.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in Lincoln, Nebraska, with the option for remote work and willingness to travel for on-location shoots as needed.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
