Security and compliance knowledge: familiar with security best practices and compliance standards related to SharePoint online. User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) knowledge and skills Experience troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and finding solutions to ensure the current/future development functions smoothly and meets the agency’s needs.
