Job Summary Senior SharePoint Developer (Contract, 6+ months) Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online and Office 365 environments. Design and develop custom intranets, layouts, features, workflows, and web parts to meet business requirements. Utilize Office 365 Power suite tools (Power Automate, PowerBI, and add-ons) for enhanced productivity and automation. Apply programming expertise in C#.Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, JQuery, or similar frameworks. Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed for SharePoint Online. Enhance user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) within SharePoint solutions. Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve development issues to ensure stable operations. Required Experience & Skills 10+ years SharePoint development experience (SharePoint Online and Office 365). 4+ years with Office 365 Power suite (Power Automate, PowerBI). 4+ years with relevant programming languages and frameworks. Strong SharePoint customization and intranet development background. Knowledge of security, compliance, UI/UX principles. Proven issue resolution and troubleshooting skills. Preferred/Bonus Experience Experience with Microsoft Copilot integrations. M365 adoption strategy and roadmap development. Gamification principles and implementation within intranets.
