Mandatory Skill for Technical Architect and Functional Consultant
- Experience with discovery/blueprinting and implementation of Financial Services Cloud for Insurance customer (e.g., implementation of Group - Worker Comp, Group/Broker/Agency Onboarding, etc.. solution using Salesforce FSC cloud for Insurance for customer like - The Hartford, Prudential, AIG, Aflac, Berkshire Hathaway - BHHC, etc..
- FSC Cloud certified
- Candidates should be local based in San Diego, who can travel on their own expense to customer site 3 days a week minimum
Experience 10-12 years
- Technical Skills (Primary, Must have)
- At least 10 years of experience working with Salesforce implementation engagements
- At least 7 years Proven hands on working experience as Project Manager
- Project Management Certification (PMI/PRINCE2/Equivalent) is a must
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications
- Expertise in project management tooling and Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as Jira
- Strong understanding of Agile Software Development Methodologies
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Project Planning, creating SOW & Governance Model, Developing & Tracking Budgets, Ensuring Resource Availability, Internal & External Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Monthly reports and KPI adherence.
- Managing delivery expectations in terms of quality & timelines, timely identification of issues/risks and providing mitigation plans, escalation management and resourcing challenges. Collaborating with business stakeholders overlapping with onsite hours.
- Identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques
- Responsibilities will also include sprint planning running daily scrum and sprint retrospective
- Performance Report and escalate any risks to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- The PM will be responsible for driving the team for successful completion of projects without any scope, schedule and budget overruns while adhering to quality
- The PM will have to conduct frequent meetings with ICW IT and business stakeholders manage coordination with the other IT groups and handle all interdependencies
- Some projects would be for SaaS or on premises third party products for which the PM will have to handle entire coordination between product vendor ICW IT business and other consulting vendors
