SAIC is seeking a ServiceNow Requirements Engineer to facilitate the process of collecting and refining customer requirements and performing analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. This position will work with a national Intel customer to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions. This position will also be responsible for the following: Interact and communicate with end-users, management, vendors, IT personnel. Processes functional design specs based on user requirements. Possess deep expertise on ServiceNow and COTS applications. Perform configuration, and design functional solutions for specific application and third-party systems. Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Poly is REQUIRED. The customer will not sponsor. Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience. 18+ years of overall related experience. Creating and grooming well defined Epics and Stories for ServiceNow developers. Planning, leading, and facilitating both high level and detailed requirements gathering discussions with the customer, including creation and breakdown of workflows to support requirements implementation. Creating and maintaining requirements documentation. Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) and support/facilitate system testing and user acceptance efforts as appropriate.
