Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions or concerns
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow all safety and health guidelines
Skills:
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
