Job Description

You will be in charge of the proactive creation and execution of successful organic search strategies for a variety of clients and sectors in your role as SEO Team Lead. In close collaboration with the company owner, you will create scalable procedures that will enable our SEO offering to grow and provide larger-scale, more effective client support.

We are looking for someone analytical and process-driven with a passion for identifying and implementing data-driven decisions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO processes.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and oversee implementation.
• Coordinate content creation and optimisation.
• Manage off-page SEO, including anchor planning and digital PR.
• Translate data into actionable SEO activities.
• Mentor and train SEO team members.
• Ensure best SEO practices in website and product development.

About You:

• A strong understanding of searcher intent and keyword cannibalisation
• Comprehensive knowledge of the search engine marketplace with a proven track record of success in SEO ranking; increased lead generation and overall sales performance
• Experience in working with the following SEO tools; AHREFS, SurferSEO, SEMRush, Screaming Frog & Google Search Console
• Experience in using CMS systems like WordPress and Shopify alongside a basic understanding of HTML
• Highly experienced and technically proficient in the use of Google Search Console
• In addition, you will be creative and innovative in your approach with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the digital world.
• Experience in people management is preferred but not essential
