Job Description

Chief Financial Officer A market leading company in the food and beverage industry is looking to hire a CFO. This role is integral to the company and will be responsible for guiding the financial strategy, ensuring fiscal stability, and setting the leadership tone for all financial matters. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Efficiently execute company budgets, manage payment procedures, and prioritize fund safety. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Maintain precise ledger entries and generate various internal and external financial reports. Oversee tax computations, filings, and payments, ensuring timely submissions. Innovate and refine accounting and financial processes, guaranteeing the accuracy of all financial statements. Collaborate closely with big 4 CPA firm on legal compliance and regulatory matters. Drive credit management initiatives and foster relationships with credit insurance entities. Spearhead budget management efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Oversee strategic cash flow planning, anticipating future financial needs. Design and implement robust financial systems in line with industry best practices. Directly report financial metrics and insights to board of directors and investors. Maintain and nurture relationships with external financial partners, including banks and regulatory authorities. Handle additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the board of directors and investors. Qualifications: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is an asset. Demonstrable experience in a senior finance role, showcasing leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution. Adept at managing and leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and growth. Strong financial and business acumen with the capability of driving company-wide financial strategies. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Unwavering integrity and ethical standards. Adaptability, able to navigate the dynamic landscape of financial management and regulations.
