Sr. Web Designer (Hybrid) Location: Nashville, TN Salary: $130,000 Job Description As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our technology team, leading the development of cutting-edge web applications. With a special emphasis on Angular for frontend development, and leveraging NgRx and Nx for state management and development efficiency, you'll be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web development, a passion for clean and efficient code, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Requirements
Full-Stack Development:
•Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, from concept to deployment.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Architecture and Design:
•Design robust, scalable, and maintainable web application architectures.
•Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
Coding and Implementation:
•Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
•Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Technical Leadership:
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
•Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration:
•Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications and ensure a seamless user experience
•Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end logic with server-side components.
Performance Optimization:
•Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal speed and responsiveness of web applications.
•Implement and advocate for best practices related to web performance.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
•Develop and implement testing strategies, including unit testing and integration testing.
•Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications.
Continuous Learning:
•Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.
•Proactively share knowledge and insights with the development team.
Qualifications
•Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer or similar role.
•Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
•Advanced skills in Angular, NgRx, and Nx:
•While we seek a broad range of web development skills, advanced proficiency in Angular, practical experience with NgRx for state management, and familiarity with Nx for project management are highly desirable.
•Strong understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design.
•Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools.
•Familiarity with back-end technologies and the ability to collaborate with back-end developers.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
